If it says you have "1 name change available" but isn't saving, then whatever you're trying to change it to is being automatically filtered and you'll need to pick a different name.
The reason it is being filtered is irrelevant, Bungie does not manually bypass the filter.

Thanks, I had the same reason in mind, a filter. But without attempting to change my name i tried to my status and more. I could not save anything. Thats funny in a way - because after the first login bungie.net wanted me to have a individual look. Now after i tried to change my name, the game noted, that i changed my name. But it is still my first/ old name. I can live with this. Have a nice day
