Question - Connection to Bungie Servers (time it takes)
I'm playing on a PS5 with a Gigabit Fiber Optic ethernet connection and it's taking me 30 to 35 seconds to connect to the Bungie Servers. (California based). Friends from other places in the US with wifi connections are able to connect in 5 to 10 seconds. Any idea why this weird disparity exists? Thanks!

Count yourself lucky, I am struggling with a 5-15min length when my PS5 is attempting to connect to Destiny 2. I have tried switching to wired connection(gigabit fioptics too), rebooting router and internet, re-installing the game, rebuilding the PS5 database, and finally reset the system back to factory. None of this changes the time to connect. If I play on my PC, then I can connect to Destiny 2 in seconds. I don't know if there is an issue on Bungies end or something is wrong with the PS5 (had since May-2021) and never started to do this until the last few months.
