In order to deactivate Cross Save or remove accounts from your profile, you must be able to authenticate them. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized.

I can't as the account has been banned. The ban is completely unrelated to D2.

You would need to resolve any account-related issues with XBOX Support. Bungie cannot remove any accounts from any profile for any reason.
