It's been like that for over 20 hours. I asked someone who didn't do the dungeon on all 3 characters and they still can't farm either by that I mean it didn't show the master dungeon option meaning its not farmable or the weekly dungeon
They must have either reverted it or just didn't change it before the post saw the backlash and didn't change it

They definitely didn't revert it—Prophecy just happens to be one of the few dungeons that doesn't have a master version. It is the weekly featured dungeon and is farmable... for those who didn't complete the dungeon before it was made the weekly. My best guess is that completing any non-weekly dungeon encounter puts a "tag" on your character that disallows said character from earning loot from that encounter for the rest of the week, but this tag doesn't get applied during weekly dungeons—so since we did it while it was a non-weekly, we were given (and still have) this tag. Very weird.
