Weapon Reforging
Back when House of Wolves was released in D1, weapon reforging was introduced at the gunsmith and was probably one of the best quality of life changes for beginner and veteran players to re-roll their legendary weapons for different rolls. Some of the few weapons I and many other players really want in Season 23 are world drop weapons like the Ros Arago and Crux Termination, which can have brutal drop rates even for world drops. Reimplementing weapon reforging would still work now in D2, allowing us to save up legendary engram drops to reroll weapons such as these to re-roll could make an endless grind for world drops for more feasible. A simple crafting recipe of 3 legendary engrams and 15,000 Glimmer or more for a re-roll seems fair. Let me know if you would also like to a see a re-roll system reimplemented in Destiny 2.

The next expansion is literally named "Final Shape" they better let us reshape(reroll) our weapons to the final shape we want
