How to add back the DCV content:

Have Everything from D2 launch through Forsaken put in a single "legacy" bundle to buy for like... 50 bucks. "but old consoles cant handle the size" or "thats just simply a BIG game size in general" Then do this: Put all this content under a new button in the director, click it and u will view the map as it was in Forsaken, pre-shadowkeep. If a user doesnt want to play the stuff and doesnt buy it then when they hover over the button it just says "Requires Legacy Content Bundle" Basically: Do the MCC(Master Chief Collection) method of "hm i dont want to play halo 1 rn, so i just wont have that bit installed." Yet the user can still play the rest of the game without having it all installed at once. De-installing this wouldnt affect your loot u have, why? Because they are all still in the game already, it just allows u to go back and play/earn them. Perhaps the game isnt built to handle this kind of system, well then... make it able to handle it after the final shape. Take a break on future story and make it so a new player can actually understand the game and get into it all. EDIT: Why do you all think I am asking them to charge those who owned it before again? Where did I ever say that? ME, I joined when it was all f2p stuff in the game, so i dont mind paying. The rest of you just get the crap back. Learn context people.

You lost me immediately. We shouldn't be buying content that we already bought and had ripped away. We all know they're waiting till they can monetise it, but they can shove that crap where the sun don't shine. The Red War was base game and should never have been vaulted, its only harmed the game and any new players experiences. Forsaken was the expansion that literally saved Destiny. The fact they removed most of the content and either won't bring it back or will try to monetise it again is frankly disgusting. But it's okay, they kept the raid and 1 strike of 3. Don't give them an out by offering to buy any of that content back. You're only telling them exactly what they want to hear and they'll cherry pick posts like this out of the rest of the valid criticisms and think it's all good. Also, re-adding this all post Final Shape won't matter anyway outside of a free cash infusion for Bungie. According to them the Light and Darkness saga that started in D1 only began in Shadowkeep lmao. Besides that, the story of the Light and Darkness saga won't matter anymore anyway. New players will be able to just move on with no care in the world about the story that's been deleted.
