It is a great scout. It doesn't need vorpal nor to highlight enemies.
You're not asking for a buff, you want the gun to be op lol.

Adding vorpal won't make it op neither will it do anything to it.

Lol if you say so. Being able to do extra damage to bosses with vorpal on top of being able to freeze them and the damage bonus we already get with the weapon, yea, it would mean nothing lol.
