hm, interesting, maybe I never noticed! But what I find peculiar is that it gives different regen on different abilities. And people in the past who have play-tested and made videos on Traveler's Chosen reported 10% energy per GL stack. I don't remember ever seeing any patch notes on them changing these values. Perhaps it was a silent update?
