I know this post is mainly about SMGs but since you mentioned Threaded Spectre in the spoilers I wanted to mention how Trials this weekend has truly brought to light how incredibly annoying it is to play against.
It's essentially a landmine that can be used to manipulate radar, break bullet magnetism/AA, can be used as a shield, and punishes the enemy for destroying it by creating threadlings. All tied to an ability with a low cooldown time and one you can hold multiple charges of if you want.
Sure, it's not super lethal but the utility it provides is massive compared to the use cost. I honestly really hope it gets tweaked in either the mid-season patch or TFS.

Can't wait for the nerf. They are working on one they said.

It is lethal when they activate the uno reverse bird sign and you think you’ve one with a shotgun but end up still trading because you got screwed by bombadiers
