Wouldn't be much better than a 4th times + bait and switch cataclysmic or even the mew season aggressive linear with recon + percision instrument

For what it currently is? I think it would be a substantial improvement. It cannot compete with the top tier items because of those perks, but it can get help however it can.

For sure but i just dont think it would make it unreasonably strong in the current meta, it would be very balanced imo
