You can’t get by as easily on just orb drops for health, and speed doesn’t really offer much of an advantage against the game’s AI. They might lose tracking, but you have to stop at some point.

I dunno, I've solo'd dungeons and done multiple GMs with Arc since 3.0 dropped, was particularly fond of the Lightning Surge on Karnsteins with a waveframe GL, and Coldheart with Geomags just lets me spam supers. Maybe it just works for me, but I think it's viable for most.
