Problem with logging in account. "You lack the privileges to read or write this data(12)"
This message is from my friend, he himself cannot leave it because he cannot log in his account.
<<I have a problem with logging in my account. I'm getting an error "You lack the privileges to read or write this data(12)" while I'm trying to log in. My age is over 20 and that can't be the case. I also tried different methods to dial with it: changed my DNS, used VPN, used another devise to log in, nothing works. What should I do? My main nickname and account is DredgenVale#7066.>>

Your friend may have entered a DOB of under 13 years of age when they created their Bungie account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bungie's services.
