Hey there. This is a Y1 non-universal ornament, designed to go on a range of sets only. You can find it on the appearance menu of an Iron Banner helmet where it can be used for free. Or you can use Synthweave to turn it into a universal ornament in Customize Appearance, to apply to any other helmet.

Negative. Unable to synthweave. Does not appear in the options. For any helmet.
