I've had this problem since the start of the season. It's when the games files are corrupted, so far I couldn't fix it yet

Yea, I just can’t find a reason why it would do this on console, he had to hard reset his Xbox and it works now. Still though, it’s bizarre.

Yeah, it's a good thing a hard reset worked for your friend. I did the same thing, and it's still broken
