I don't think removing entirely would be the call, but I think increasing the cool down would be the better call. Not just for titans either, all three classes. At least for trials and comp. I get extremely discouraged when I lose due to people crutching on their class abilities and not using weapons. Unless it witherhoard, -blam!- that weapon. A tad bit really salty about that one. Lol. However that's for another thread

If they did that they could finally remove the speed penalty from Icefall mantle and revert all the bastion nerfs.
