Same thing happened back then, after 24 next day reset and tried it on another console it came out. It same thing happening with seasonal quest since 3 seasons ago, sometimes it stop processing. Btw, check you quest log near left of inbox at the tower on each character see if the at solves it and popped out, it same thing I had to do with seasonal quest. Best thing to do, do all quest fully with one character then when you done near end of season, do the rest on other 2 characters. I do everything on Warlock now, it ain’t worth it on other characters because of this bug. Bungie, over 3 seasons, >>>no you never fix this!<<<
