Silver is purchased at a platform store, as such Bungie is unable to refund as you did not buy it from Bungie. You will need to work with the retailer's support team and be subject to their refund policies.

Steam doesn't offer refunds and tells you to ask Bungie. Bungie doesn't offer refunds either? So I wasted 30 dollars on an in game currency for a game I don't play. Fantastic

Unfortunately, if Steam does not allow refunds for it, then that is the answer.

Put up with what? I've never tried to obtain a refund on Silver because I know it's not refundable. Simple research prior to your purchase would have avoided the situation.

It is not something Bungie has control over. You made the purchase with Steam, they would be the ones who have to refund you. Best of luck
