The titan aspect does this already.
A fragment doesnt need to be as powerfull as an aspect.

Okay then, how about letting it spread once from the original source? Hear me out, unless you're on a titan volatile is kinda lackluster. This gives it more usability on the other subclasses, and obviously, it takes up a fragment slot so either you choose to build into it or you don't.
