As someone who loves auctium I think it's fine.

As someone who enjoys actium war rig, I won't say no to a buff.

Though it isn't really powerful in pve, it does ok. In pvp it's amazing. The problem with buffing it is that it will be to op in pvp. All titans will use it and an assault rifle. It would be bad. It will lead to a nerf leaving auctium worse off then if it had been left alone. [spoiler]nibbles crayon[/spoiler]
