Give it the same thing as warlocks aircraft carrier helmet.
Repeated fire on a champion/miniboss will mark them.(with auto's and LMG's)
Which weakens the enemy to the same element as the weapon you used.
Same as how tractor used to weaken to only void.

Tractor affected all elements. It was 50% void 30% everything else. Later on it was nerfed to be 30% on void as well.
