Thanks for reaching out. Double-check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account.
You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account.
Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully.
Make sure that you claimed the previous reward in the kiosk which could prevent you from receiving the new one.
If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

Im using crossave and i was claming every rewards from past years. Then i started to play destiny 2 in epic games (used to in ps) anyways i never entered to my account before i start to play in epic games (cause of dlc gifts) So simply im sure i correctly connect my account but maybe i couldnt get the gifts cause my prime gaming was connect to do ps account but they are simply same account cause of crossave i have my old character and other things but not the rewards. And help center doing nothing about it.
