Titan hasn’t been a background orbit ever since it was removed from the game. Any activity that is on Titan will always show Earth in the background upon returning to orbit after the activity is over.

I am aware, I only raised it because in the Lore Titan has returned to the Sol System. Back when Mars was missing, Mars activities would return you to Earth but they changed it so you appear over Mars again when Mars returned.
