I mean even if they shot it. What the bubble pops like what 3 seconds faster? And even so everyone has to shoot at it. Good luck trying to get 5 others in your team to shoot 1 bubble.

It actually pops faster than just 3 seconds as they lowered the health of the bubble. Goldie 3 shots takes it down. Titan bubble sits at like 2500 HP can be taken down fast if all 3 are shooting. Same goes for Well of Radiance as you can shoot the sword above but they are more open to being shot at.
