Warlord's Ruin Master completion did not award the ghost shell
My Fireteam completed the Master run of Warlord's Ruin but claiming the associated triumph did not award the ghost shell instead, it awarded the sparrow from Ghost of the Deep. Has anyone encountered this issue before? if so then how can I claim the ghost shell since the triumph is already claimed and the shell is still locked (not purchasable) from collections. I've attached the clip as a YT video when this happened, the spoken language in the video is Hindi, but turn on the closed captions for English subtitles

Same here, all 3 of us got the sparrow that we already have, no word yet from Bungie on the fix.
