The unfortunate thing is that a significant portion of this "community" doesn't play the game anymore, and haven't for years. And a lot of the people that still do play the game are influenced by the words of those people that don't. I think people just need to learn to leave the community if they don't like the game. It's not exactly like we have a great community. We haven't for years because these people are actively making it more toxic. But they have fun getting a rise out of us I guess.

  • It's rampant between those that play and don't. People need to stop participating. Destiny has it's problems, like anything, but there's no other game like it. Listening to trolls will destroy it.

I saw a youtuber, I don't remember their name, but they made a video talking about how they didn't think the final shape was necessarily the end for the series and that things could still turn around for the better, and got harassed for it so much that they've recently been talking about ending their own life. This community has a serious problem with being intolerant of positivity towards the game, when it really should be the other way around. We should be intolerant of that kind of behavior, of people harassing players and devs.

One should never commit such violence unto themselves. People shouldn't be so quick to spread misery when they could just as easily create opportunities for happiness. I don't want Final Shape to be the end either. [quote]This community has a serious problem with being intolerant of positivity towards the game, when it really should be the other way around. Positivity should be encouraged and uplifted. People that seek joy in the misery of others are miserable people indeed. We have a choice what we put forth into the world and we actively contribute to the experience we are having. Perhaps it should be the one we all might like to have.
