Hey there. The triumph asks for 10, at the moment there are only 9.
I suspect one more will be added when the event/activity related to the currently hidden triumphs is made available.

I also have the same issue, completed all 9/9 seasonal challenges and Bonus Action triumph is stuck at 9/10.
