More like Season of Recycling.
Is there anything in this season that doesn't feel recycled right off the bat?
The pass exotic is a return from d1
The seasonal weapons are reskinned season of defiance, which isn't really surprising anymore but still.
We're back at the blind well? Seriously? Because we didn't play that to death like 2 years ago? And nothing about it has changed. No new enemies or modes, just same old blind well with weapons that feel preowned.
Even the storyline this season from the start feels recycled and reskinned and it goes so far as to point it out.
"Remember saving the techeuns from the ascendant realm? Well, we're gonna do that again but with dragon eggs."
The weekly mission was just a repeat of the exact same level of dragons lair I'd done 20 minutes before only with slight narrative changes that felt pointless and explained nothing.
If this is the season we get during a huge expansion delay and the lowest ever player support in the history of the game, I'll get my funeral suit ready for what is almost surely to come. A disappointing end to a once fantastic game.

7 RepliesI hate when they go back to old content and try to reuse it for the story. I write stories for fun, and going back to an already explored area for new story points is just not right, especially after it’s been beat like we have with last wish

That’s all they do is reskin and nerf anything that people use.

They even recycled Riven and with the same fetch quest story type mission each week. Run this same thing over and over every week and get this one thing that we need over and over again. As if they havent done a season story like this before

I know that must be because I have some kind of brain disease. That only the people with the least responsibility will be in charge of lazering it at me. Is there supposed to be something for the extra 3 months or so? I mean of course they know no one is going to remember this time if there is. Or anything they said. That's why you can say almost anything. Other than that how many people should have been expected to do the whole game by now?
