  • I think the only reason GM's are a lil different is because if you're not on your game you can easily be 2 tapped (no I ain't gunna say one shot because that just don't happen) but that's not making the strike more interesting or really making it harder. The ai difficulty needs to be updated. These enemies don't need 10x more health than us, what they should have is the skill to try and avoid losing their health, like any normal alien would do (yea yea, whatever. Space game) It's very repetitive and boring pumping round after round into an enemy that can wipe the floor with you in a few hits. We're supposed to be the best, baddest thing since the wish dragons and a dreg on crack in a GM can have his way with us that easily? Makes perfect sense 🙄

  • not much you could do to the ai aside from making every enemy dodge attacks, and make that happen very often, which I think would be far more annoying. Enemies already have higher accuracy and aggro you much harder in high level content, but that means nothing if they deal little to no damage and die in a few shots. It isn't "artificial difficulty" to increase enemy health and damage, and even in GMs, most enemies still aren't that tough, they're just far more punishing when you make mistakes
