I've encountered a specific bug in gambit 3 times now. I haven't tested other loadouts yet, but I was using Warlocks Chromatic Fire with Outbreak Perfected. When defeating a Turret type enemy (confirmed with Hive Shrieker and Cabal Scorpius) while the player is on an elevated platform or ground (confirmed on Titan and Nessus map) the player will instantly die of misadventure regardless of being at max HP.
