My fire team has a similar issue.
My friends had to leave fire team and go to Petra in dreaming city to reacquire mementos.

Like I need to leave my clan to re aquire the momento? Cause I deleted the momento a long time ago and now I can't get it back on any of my characters. Deleting the quest does not work
