Who would have thought by not pre order a product you don’t know much about can force a company to make some improvements?

They were probably going to roll out another expansion that doesn’t expand the core playlists again. 100 bucks with one new strike, one PvP map and nothing for gambit is not an expansion. Sad news yes, but by not whaling some changes are happening good or bad. 🤔

  • Preordering wouldn't be THAT bad of a thing if the video game industry hadn't moved to a "release a steaming pile of -blam!- on day 1, slowly fix it (maybe, looking at you Anthem...), and calling it "live service."" It's up to game devs and publishers to fund their own projects. Either by shelling out cash on hand, borrowing from investors, etc. Expecting me to *over pay for a product you've already told me wouldn't "overdeliver", and then nickel and diming me to death to get the rest of the experience aint it. And that's all before I can even boot the game to see how it plays. Hell, these days it's so bad, Bungie needs to allow full access to the entire expansion for 24 hours before expecting people to pay. They'd either do better or go bankrupt.
