Specifically, this section in the Missing Emblem part:

If 30 days pass and you still do not receive your emblem, please fill out the Missing Emblem contact form available on the linked page.

Does that mean I gotta wait 3 weeks to ask for the emblem through the Missing emblem contact form? Thanks a lot for your reply,

In addition to the already given answers, the emblem should appear in your collections under Flair -> Emblems -> General. Please be aware that the emblems there are sorted by the season they were released in as far as I'm aware, so a new emblem you receive may not appear at the end of the list, but can be somewhere in-between. It might also not appear as "new" (flashing icon), so make sure to check them regularly. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for your guy's help! Sorry for reopening the subject but it's been more than a month and I sent a ticket 2 weeks ago but I still have nothing, and I daily check my emblem collection as well... Do you know what I can do more? Thanks so much for your help!
