Bow themselves aren't the issue but bow swap is
On the same level does HC need to be removed for the same reason ?

Big difference is that bows work the same way as eriana’s vow,handcannons have terrible range and getting shot by one doesn’t mean you have to wait for half of the match to get your health back.
