The pink weapons are for breast cancer awareness.
The event is an easy exotic farm for newbs and catch up for others.
Momento was added thats awesome.
Both these things are new in pretty much a copy and paste free event.
Horror Story is an S tier weapon.
Sniper is very good too.
A lot of the cosmetics are on a bright dust rotator.
I don’t get the hate by some seeing it’s the best FOTL in ages.
The complaining is mostly by completely uniformed players.

The awareness of breast cancer has nothing to do with anyone's judgment on the quality of the gameplay, much less the lack of awareness is solely on Bungie, no one is responsible to check your attitude towards a medical condition every time you launch a microtransaction item And if anyone is misinformed it's the one calling Horror Story S tier

Still though, regardless of why the guns are pink, they could have made them a unique set for something else. Or a shader/emblem for it. I think the guns just look like valentines day skins and that's kind of disappointing for Halloween. My take is that the Halloween weapons should have cobwebs built into them or something. Or cracks with glowing orange. But then again I can think of better designs than they can and I've proven that consistently over the years with their moronic skins on Halloween weapons

Except it's not fun. It's just a grind of the same stuff. They can't even be bothered to use a different mode for events and it's sad. Go do strikes and lost sectors. Like every quest and event in the game. They're bad devs

Lol you like projecting your bad experience onto everyone. Game is great and I enjoy playing it. It’s well worth the $8.33 a month I payed to have access to all content. I love what they added to the event. Momento is off the hook cool looking. Love the remake of Horror Story and I’ll be using on my Stasis builds next season in both PVE and PVP. I’m enjoying the harder difficulty in legend haunted lost sectors. The addition of the exotic farm for the event is excellent. Sounds like you’re burned out on the game. You shouldn’t spend your time playing a game you dislike so much. You’ll only become increasingly more unhappy. Life is too short to waste personal time on things that make a person miserable.
