Hi!
I just checked in the ornament section and it still is there. I would guess that if it returns that it would be sold for silver. Perhaps that is some sort of help?
There is a website where you can check the eververse items that are coming up and perhaps you can see it there.

Bungie changed the API so items couldn't be checked you can only see what they plan on selling as the weekly items and you can't even see when. Also this weapon ornament hasn't been available for silver since it was introduced as far as I'm aware.
