So, the knockout list that guarantees red borders does not contain the other half - that said the very first other half you do get will be red bordered.

Well then bungie F Up there because my first TOH was not depsigted, but maybe that's because it was before grafting came. But stil I have opened well above 150+ chrest + reward and treasurer orge, haven't seen it sins the first and that from back when it came out

If it was prior to the change being implemented the unfortunately it doesn't count. You will need to acquire another one, and that one will count.

Jesus it would have been smarter if they made it so if you have all the weapons graftebel you would be granted the TOH so you would grind, then now you have to put I you are unlucky forever in to get the sword
