Hey there. The triumph pops when you collect 35 oversoul as the game lets you work on that part of the catalyst objective before you obtain it. However you won't actually have the catalyst unless you have specifically done the two 'Crota's Minions' time trials that are in the raid, and claimed it after. Did you do this?
