We’re talking about a company that nonstop try-hard signals their own D&I [u]virtues[/u] to the public at every chance they get. And yet at the same time is so inept at business-to-consumer communication that putting out any message regarding their [u]product[/u] routinely incites a backlash of biblical proportion. When someone boasts about themselves this much, yet shows ZERO humility regarding their mistakes (except when it’s financially important to them), I automatically assume they’re the opposite of what they profess to be.
