Are you on the platform you purchased Beyond Light on?

If restoring licenses doesn't fix it, you'll need to contact PS support to have them look into it. Prior to that you may want to gather email receipts and transaction numbers to prove the purchase

Forgot to mention, it was a ps plus game at some point, which is when I purchased, but it came with beyond light. Tried restoring licenses but I didn’t work. And I believe I was on ps4 when I purchased beyond light but still, when I played on ps5 I still had it and I have been using it these past few weeks.

You'll need to contact PS support, they will need to fix the license(/s) There was a similar issue with people that bought expansions just before D2 left game pass on Xbox, and Xbox support had to fix the licenses for it.
