I mean you get 2 guaranteed ones a week and can deepsight any you get from encounters which granted atm you only get like what 5 atm? But Bungie did say later on they plan to add more ways outside of the season pass to obtain them.

Yeah, but that has nothing to do with the actual in-raid [u]drop rate[/u] of red borders though.
