Do you already have the 15 max when viewing the top of the transmog submenu screen?

Thank you for the response. I do not see it. It takes me to the Mod Customization, but it treats the items as the main screen customization that I can do on the main screen where I can change weapon/armor mods and infuse.

Go to character inventory screen, scroll down, open the transmog menu, then look at top left of this screen.

I rebooted my game a few times and it showed up. finally, it is working. thank you ;)
