Fyi some older exotics have a custom tuning to provide each copy with a higher stat in the function of the exotic so using a ghost mod isn't always beneficial. Synths no doubt have a strength boost stat

I looked into this as that was my first thought and mainly was looking at why Recov was so high but from what I could find it didn't seem to have an intrinsic minimum on any stat 🤔

I always use a disapline mod for titan to get high resilience

Double checked some old data seems Synthoceps rolled with Plasteel Reinforcement Mod which is an increase to Resil 💀 Will give this a shot though for my next roll if I have an excess
