You more than likely 'earned' it by using one of the bugged gilding triumphs last season - this issue fixes itself when a new season launches and the title relocks
You need to do your confidence card to properly unlock it.

Do you have anything that shows you did actually have that triumph? - ie screenshot of the card/seal actually completed with that triumph? Last season had the same bugged gilding triumph that this season does

Unfortunately in that case, the card will need to be done again - Bungie wont manually issue the triumph to you
