Cannot see my past account characters
Good morning, I'm an old Destiny 2 player on PlayStation 4. After a long time, I decided to play it again and downloaded it on Steam. I linked my two accounts (PS4 and Steam) with cross-save, but in any case, my old characters don't appear, and instead, the character I created a little while ago for a test is showing up. Please help

7 RepliesHi there. Your Cross Save setup shows you have chosen your PS4 characters to be active. When you launch D2 on Steam are you seeing a character you created on that account prior to using Cross Save?

1 ReplyIf I had to guess you accidentally set Steam as the main. you'll have to unlink and re-link but there's a cooldown process of a season worth of time.
