Changing the glimmer cap to unlimited would just move the wealth disparity from shards to glimmer, completely invalidating the reason for the shard removal.

Wealth disparity in a FPS looter shooter is one of the stupidest phrases I've ever heard, honestly. Having a bazillion shards gives precisely zero advantage in any way, shape, or form.

  • If you think that having a basically unlimited hoard of a specific resource doesn't give some players an advantage then you don't understand what the experience is like for new players.

  • so people just buying the game should have equal capacity as those playing for over half a decade? They can easily make them irrelevant to new players without Fkn over veterans

  •
wealth disparity

shards to glimmer
No, its Shards to Engrams, which only drop from XP. Bungie is still making a Wealth Disparity. Its like if i went to a Store and they said they are no longer taking Change, they will only take Bills, okay, heres the bills, no now they just increased the Price of Everything.
