This might just be me, but my Synths are usually maxed except for my Hunter (which is my least used class). So are you bent on unlocking everything or do you only unlock when you are going for fashion? I have never felt the need to spend money on Synth Templates, or I am never without some to use for my characters. Though I am not against there not being a cap on the seasonal quests you can grab from Ada.
