Fix the Artifact Acolyte's Staff BUG

Selected Artifact auto reset on it's own.

Elemental Munitions wirh avail unlock not unlockl

Reported bugs not resolve past 2 days for QOS.

Problem that it auto reset to zero selected for artifact unlock. Artifact Elemental Munitions will not lert you unlock even though you have availaible unlock. Past 2 daya wirhou t any resolution to issues regardiing quality of service reporrted.
