This is hurting buildcrafting for me personally, I'd love to use a scout with loose change and have it proc off of my Child but it simply doesn't even though it says to apply a debuff to a target which is exactly what I'm doing..... I don't understand why an ability focused aspect doesn't count as ability damage or ability kills... Its LITERALLY tied to your rift ABILITY and is genuinely making it less enticing to use even after giving them an exotic that in my opinion is very fun. Any chance this post could make some noise and have a dev see it? Thanks
