Update: I just got back from work today and decided to see if the new Update fixed it. I got to the start screen this time so I think it might be fixed but the servers are so packed it put me in a queue to join a game so I'll try again later.

I'm assuming xbox? If you get put into a queue and then get a message saying the servers aren't up, then you need to apply the newest patch from today. It wasn't showing up for us on xbox today and we were stuck in that loop. Should be available now, be warned, when I updated it messed up and uninstalled the entire game. Reinstalling 132gb now 🤦♂️
