Hierarchy of Needs & Anti-Barrier Bowstring, bugged
Hierarchy of Needs exotic bow is still not able to pierce Vex Hydra shields and Cabal Phalanx shields while the artifact perk Anti-Barrier Bowstring is equipped. The perk interaction works as intended against Barrier Champions’ shields but it’d be nice if it worked everywhere. Please fix my favorite bow <3
